Job Description
Plan and oversee planting, harvesting, and cultivation of crops and trees, as well as develop and manage the farm budget and supervise farm staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related field
- Practical experience in farming operations
- Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, Date palms and olives farming, and farm equipment
- Financial acumen and budget management skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills for managing farm workers
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
