They are seeking a VP of Finance to lead financial strategy, planning, and execution, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and driving operational improvements. Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles
- Significant time spent in a team leadership position (Director or VP level)
- Proven expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, and cash management for a high-growth tech/hardware/manufacturing company
- Experience with direct oversight of an accounting function
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
