We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (RBT) to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a RBT, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. You'll receive training to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and have opportunities for advancement and growth.
Requirements
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
- Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
- Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
- Full range of motion of hands and arms.
- Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
- Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
