Requirements

• Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of Lightcast EnvisiaTM systems.
• Provide responsive and high-quality technical support to customers and collaborators.
• Manage logistics for systems, spare parts, and tools to ensure timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and applications teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements and communicate customer insights to internal teams.
• Support logistics and partner service coordination for a seamless customer experience.
