Job Description
Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee and manage assigned governmental contracts. This role involves ensuring safety and quality customer service, while interacting with both customers and team members. The position is responsible for upholding quality standards in contracted services and operating within the scope of the contracted agreement.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in custodial services.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
- Must have experience dealing with government personnel/customers concerning contracted services.
- Must have basic computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.).
- Must interact appropriately with customers and team members.
- Must have good management communication (writing and verbal) and people skills.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements.
