The Family Crossroads Residential Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in keeping the site safe, welcoming, and running smoothly, responding to client needs, and supporting daily tasks.

Requirements

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources
• Monitor site safety through regular rounds and security cameras
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations
• Conduct welcomes, move-ins, completions, and move-outs
• Support team collaboration and maintain a high level of ethical conduct
