Job Description
LifeMD is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to help scale and streamline the operations of their Legal team, implementing efficient legal processes, managing contract workflows, and ensuring the Legal department operates smoothly as a strategic partner to their business.
Requirements
- Implement and optimize internal legal processes, workflows, and tools
- Manage legal intake systems and triage requests from business stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end contract management
- Review standard form contracts
- Serve as the primary administrator for legal technology platforms
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of contracting playbooks and clause libraries
- Maintain, update, and develop business-facing resources and training
- Manage corporate entity filings, registered agent coordination, and maintain corporate records
