Associate Director of Housing Case Management

The Associate Director of Housing Case Management is responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of multiple sites, including housing services, programs, and client case management. The role requires leadership skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and experience in compliance and program management.

Requirements

• Promote the highest quality housing stability and homelessness preventions service delivery
• Act as a representative of Lifelong to all community partners
• Directly manage Housing Supervisor and Housing Case Management Team
• Maintain effective communication with staff, partners, and community stakeholders
• Collaborate with other managers and Lifelong staff to facilitate cross-functional services
• Create positive team morale and culture
• Manage employee performance and provide ongoing supervision
• Assist staff in locating and cultivating local housing and supportive services
• Enforce policies and procedures, mediate office conflicts, and address client grievances
