Director, Real World Evidence

We are looking for a Director of Real World Evidence to lead a small team and contribute to the broader strategic direction of the RWE function. The role requires balancing scientific excellence with commercial thinking and making a meaningful impact through real world research.

Requirements

• PhD, MSc, or MBA in a healthcare, scientific, mathematical, or business related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in RWE scientific consultancy within pharma, biotech, or a CRO setting.
• Excellent clinical and scientific knowledge across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
