D365 Functional Consultant

Join Sciensus as a D365 Functional Consultant and play a key role in shaping how the company leverages D365 to deliver exceptional business outcomes. As a hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely while spending at least three days a week in the Burton office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in D365 CE, Microsoft Associate certification in at least one D365 CE area, and strong expertise in D365 configuration and requirements analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in D365 CE
• Microsoft Associate certification in at least one D365 CE area
• Strong expertise in D365 configuration and requirements analysis
• Deep understanding of customer-facing processes
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, and process design
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform (advantageous, but not essential)
• A willingness to learn and grow across D365 modules
