Business Development Operations Associate Manager (Remote position) at Pharmaron, a global CRO helping pharma and biotech companies bring new therapies to life. The role supports Business Development teams across Discovery, Preclinical and CMC, and offers a structured introduction to BD within a global CRO.

Requirements

• MSc in Chemistry or a related life science discipline
• 2–3 years of hands-on bench experience as a Scientist, ideally gained within a CRO, CDMO, or pharmaceutical environment
• Background in drug discovery and development, particularly within chemistry-related disciplines
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with numerical and commercial data
• Comfortable working in a structured, admin-heavy role with multiple stakeholders
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English is essential; French or Spanish language skills are highly advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is desirable
