Maintenance Supervisor- Arbor Hills

The Maintenance Supervisor will assist in supervising the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in a healthcare facility. The role requires prior experience in a healthcare facility and a high school diploma or GED. The supervisor will be responsible for supervising maintenance tasks, setting maintenance standards, and developing procedures for performing daily maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in a maintenance department in a health-related facility
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures in nursing care facilities
• Leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
