Housekeeper

The Housekeeper position is responsible for performing day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility. The role involves ensuring that work/cleaning schedules are followed, reporting accidents/incidents, and coordinating daily housekeeping services with nursing services.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
