Job Description
Emma is a rapidly growing D2C sleep brand seeking a Group Accounting Senior Team Lead to manage financial statements, mentor a team, and drive growth in a multicultural environment. This role involves improving accounting processes, developing team leadership skills, and contributing to a dynamic and innovative culture within a team of over 60 nationalities.
Requirements
- Manage group consolidation of financial statements for 25+ entities.
- Prepare financial statements according to IFRS and German GAAP.
- Coordinate audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
- Mentor and lead a team of group accountants.
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies.
