Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach

As an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach, you will help improve the swimming skills of team members in a fast-paced environment, work with the Head Coach to write and head team workouts, and maintain the cleanliness of the Aquatics Facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of swim coaching experience
• Member of ASCA
• Member of USA Swimming
• CPR/AED certification
• Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20lbs
