We are seeking a Vice President of Product: Development, Design, Sourcing and Quality to lead the product lifecycle at Life is Good, from design and development through sourcing, quality, and production art.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in building, leading, and retaining product teams
• Ability to identify and lead the right talent for each role
• Experience in leading business growth and profitability in eCommerce, wholesale, and retail channels
• Ability to create a positive environment that encourages creativity, new ideas, and resourcefulness
• Skillful negotiation and conflict resolution
