Job Description
Lifehouse is seeking a passionate and professional House Manager for an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) in Marin County, CA. The role involves supervising staff, promoting resident independence, and ensuring client needs are met. The position includes 20 hours of administrative tasks and 20 hours of direct care.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in the I/DD field, or combination of education and other experience.
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver clear oral and written communications.
- Adequate skills with technology (computers and smartphones).
- Physical and TB Test.
- CA driver's license, clean driving record, and a car in good working order.
- Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprinting at the DOJ level.
