Job Description
Lifehouse is seeking compassionate and resilient Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide 1:1 support for adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). The role is high-intensity, requiring calm handling of complex behaviors and consistent routine implementation. The role involves supporting daily living skills, promoting community engagement, and facilitating person-centered plans.

- Comfortable setting firm but kind limits
- Able to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license
Benefits
