Job Description
Lifehouse is seeking a Staff Assistant Manager (SLS) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves supporting clients, managing staff, providing training, facilitating team meetings, approving timesheets, and maintaining client records. The position emphasizes fostering a supportive environment and promoting independence for individuals with I/DD.
Requirements
- Organize and supervise the direct provision of services to individuals served by Lifehouse.
- Hire qualified staff and schedule staff hours.
- Assist clients with appointments and shift cover.
- Train staff and notify supervisors of issues.
- Review client Medical-Dental Records.
