The Security Specialist is responsible for supporting security processes, including conducting physical security assessments, creating emergency management plans, and processing incident reports to protect Life.Church physical assets, staff members, and guests.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of all Life.Church location's existing security measures
- Ensure adequate physical security is in place for all services or events
- Develop and implement volunteer safety team initiatives
- Assist with the development, continuous improvement, and management of Emergency Management Plans
- Conduct periodic security policy reviews
- Assess and manage security threats
- Provide recommendations and guidance for risk mitigation strategies
