Requirements

• Higher education in the field of engineering, computer science, or mathematics
• Good knowledge of the SAP system and experience in its development area
• Successful experience in managing an IT team
• Leadership, team formation, and development skills, as well as experience supporting these skills
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to operate problems
• Fluent Lithuanian language and good English language skills
