Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in public procurement
• Knowledge of laws regulating the implementation of public procurements
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to present thoughts in writing and orally
• Analytical thinking, orientation to results, and efficiency
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of Lithuanian and English
