- Experience in rate setting, financial analysis, or a similar position (advantage – B2B)

- Excellent Excel skills (Power BI – big advantage)
- Analytical thinking, independence, and responsibility
- Ability to clearly communicate and argue decisions
- Proficiency in the Lithuanian language, English (advantage)
