• Good eye for creatives, copy, and effective ad messages
• Structured working style and ability to organize multiple topics in parallel
• Analytical thinking and secure handling of numbers
• Clear and reliable communication
• Ability to formulate ad copy in German with confidence
• Genuine enthusiasm for paid social media, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
