Senior Analyst, Rates and Regulatory Affairs position at American Water Company in Merrick, NY, US. Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in regulatory or an adjacent function, preferably within the utility industry
• Bachelor's degree with a preferred focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related area of study
• Advanced understanding of revenue requirement and cost recovery programs
• Ability to analyze, interpret and report complex information
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to learn new processes and create procedures to implement the process
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Dynamic team player that also works well independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
