BIM Project Manager

Leading and highly respected Architectural practice have an urgent requirement for an experienced BIM Coordinator. The role involves managing the digital coordination of consultant models and delivering Revit on a project stages 2-4.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing digital coordination of consultant models using a digital tool
• Experience delivering coordination workshops to the design team
• Experience delivering Revit on a project stages 2-4
• Basic/good understanding of COBie deliverables and production of IFC files
• Understanding of the architectural process and technical requirements
• Excellent knowledge of BIM, technology, software and processes
