Senior Underwriter OR Executive Underwriter, Property & Casualty

We are looking for a Senior Underwriter or Executive Underwriter to join our growing team! This role will be accountable for underwriting and profitably growing a portfolio of property & casualty business within the Alberta & Prairies Region. Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience underwriting commercial P&C insurance
• Post-secondary education including relevant Insurance designation(s)/education is considered an asset
• Proficient in understanding P&C policy wordings and their impact on claims scenarios
• Self-starter with proven analytical skills and a proven track record in a solutions-oriented approach to underwriting that drives profitable growth
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Collaborates well across business units
