A&R Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to join our team on a remote, freelance basis. The role involves discovering and nurturing new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys, and closing deals with artists, labels, and managers.

Requirements

• Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
• Set up and execute the initial pitch to artists, showcasing our PR services and the benefits of partnering with Liberty Music PR
• Close deals with artists, labels, and managers
• Manage artist relationships, guiding them through the PR process and ensuring their needs are met
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with artists
• Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members
• Add leads to the CRM system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Stay informed about the latest trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok
