We’re looking for a People Services Team Leader to join us in Bradford, on a permanent full-time basis. This role offers hybrid working, with two days based in the office each week.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day leadership and motivation to your team
- Inspire, support, and coach team members to deliver exceptional employee experience
- Oversee and manage individual and team performance
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Conduct regular one-to-one performance reviews and meaningful connected conversations
- Offer clear and accurate advice on policies and procedures
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated queries
- Manage team workload to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered within agreed deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of operational change projects within the People Team
