Part-Time BCBA (Pediatrics)

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to help lead the development of their pediatrics program. The ideal candidate is a motivated and forward-thinking clinician who wants to build systems, shape clinical direction, and create meaningful impact.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Active eligibility to practice in California
• Strong experience in pediatric ABA services
• Experience with program development, mentorship, or clinical leadership preferred
• Knowledge of Regional Center and/or insurance-based ABA funding models preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
