Retention Sales Manager (Relocation to Montenegro)

Libertex Group is seeking a Retention Sales Manager to maintain and develop the client base, strengthen existing relationships, and grow the client base through sales activities. The role involves outbound calls, consultations, presentations, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be confident in their communication skills and possess strong sales acumen.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in the financial sector or B2C)
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone negotiations
• Strong verbal skills, developed sales skills, and ability to handle objections
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong self-organization and readiness to work in an office
• CRM proficiency
