Liberis is building the world’s most partner-centric embedded finance platform. As VP of Engineering, you’ll lead a global engineering team and help scale our platform to support our next phase of growth.

Requirements

• Proven success leading engineering orgs of 50+ in high-growth B2B or fintech environments
• Experience scaling modern, API-first platforms in complex domains (finance, lending, payments, etc.)
• Strong people leadership skills, with a history of building, coaching, and retaining high-performing Managers, Staff / Lead Engineers, and their teams
