Job Description
Liberis is a technology company focused on powering small businesses with financial products. They are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Mumbai team. This role involves building composable software, collaborating with teams, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the organization's distributed architecture.
Requirements
- Professional experience writing code in two or more programming languages (C# .net, NextJs, React, GCP).
- Understanding of Agile methods (Extreme Programming, Kanban, Scrum).
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Multiple years of experience in a similar environment.
- Resilience in early-stage business situations.
- Bonus points: Experience with data products (ETL, data mesh) and cloud technologies (Azure, GCP).
- Bonus points: Experience with financial software and test-driven development.
