Job Description
Li & Fung is looking for a proactive and versatile Manager – IT Portfolio Management with the ability to manage key projects to lead our Project Management Office (PMO). The role will primarily focus on overseeing the IT project portfolio, ensuring robust project governance, standardized processes, and the delivery of high-quality, insightful status reporting to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of project management experience, familiar with AI technologies (e.g. large language models, machine learning, generative AI, RPA, and enterprise digital transformation).
- Experience in PMO functions, portfolio management, or similar governance roles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum); PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, risk management, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across direct project execution and PMO oversight.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
