Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant performs essential accounting and financial processes to support accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and organizational success across all Utah Soccer entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1- 3 years of experience performing accounting and financial processes
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Applied knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience executing AR, AP, GL, reconciliation, and settlement processes
• Ability to work effectively across departments and stakeholders
• Flexibility to support sporting, venue, and business schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with strong process accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to execute multiple financial processes and meet deadlines
• Cross-department collaboration and problem-solving mindset
• High professionalism and strong interpersonal approach
