We are hiring a Recruitment Lead to inherit, build, grow a 360 desk and shape a dynamic team within the evolving technological landscape. The role will drive the success and expansion of our Lawrence Harvey success 2025 and beyond.
Requirements
- Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout
- Sales and Recruitment experience required
- A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
- Experience in leading a candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
