Job Description
LGI Homes is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Manager for its Patriot Estates community. The role involves leading a team of New Home Sales Consultants, driving sales with the LGI way, recruiting and training them, and setting monthly goals. The company offers uncapped earning potential, a bonus structure, and comprehensive training.
Requirements
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team
- Exceptional communication skills (face-to-face and via telephone)
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work weekends
