Requirements
- Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures, both at LGG Industrial and customer facilities
- Ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes to help maintain accurate inventory levels
- Make deliveries of products from the local branch to the customer locations using either a company van or a box truck
- Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty
- Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time
- Probe for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand company offerings
- Implement scanning tools in designated customer sites, where needed
- Spend approximately 60% of time servicing customers in the field at customer sites
- Serve as the liaison between the Sales Representative, Branch and the customer
- Enters orders into ERP
- Perform other duties as trained and qualified for
