Product Owner

We are currently looking for an energetic Product Owner - pure silicon anode to join our innovative and ambitious organization.

Requirements

• MSc or higher in Materials Science, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in developing products involving product manufacturing by complex physical or chemical processes.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, with at least 2 years in agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of thin films, material characterization techniques and thin film mechanics.
• Hands-on attitude, affinity for data analysis, documentation, and presentation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong initiative, drive, and ability to make things happen in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Preferrably: Experience with PECVD processing and lithium-ion battery technology. Experience in anode manufacturing. Experience with external collaborations. Affinity for data-driven decision making and process modeling. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
