Project Manager

A renowned manufacturer and service provider is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to help fortify its operational growth and expansion drives.

Requirements

• University degree in Civil/Structural engineering or architecture
• Minimum of Second class lower division
• At least 7 years in project management (civil and architectural)
• High proficiency in computer, especially in Microsoft suite
• Knowledge in architectural drawings
• Ability to manage and supervise subcontractors and materials suppliers
• Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
