Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager for our Revenue Cycle services. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service, billing, and metering activities. He/she will build a robust customer call center and lead a new program for installed meters for all customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 12-15 years experience in customer services for an organization with over 500 customers
- 10 years experience at managerial level
- Strong background in customer services and vendor relationship management
- Familiarity with complex billing solutions and technologies
- Change driver-strong strategist and comfortable with change management
