Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Director (Corporate Services) to join our client's Board of Directors in Nigeria. The role involves providing strategic direction and guidance for corporate services, ensuring financial management systems, IT infrastructure, and risk management systems are effective and in place. The ideal candidate will have a first degree in a numerate discipline, professional certifications, and 7 years of top/senior management experience, with a strong track record of problem-solving and leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in a numerate or semi-numerate discipline
- Member of one of the following recognized professional bodies: CIPM, ICAN, CIA, ACCA, ICMN, ICE, NIM, IT certifications
- 7 years of top/senior management experience
- Minimum of 18 years post-graduation experience, with at least 13 years in the financial service sector
