Requirements

• Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Understand business requirements
• Obtain understanding of business system functionalities to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create functional specifications
• Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
• Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
• Provide training to business key-user/super-user
• Configuration of system solution
• Maintain configuration/solution documentation
• Deactivate configuration
• Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
• ERP system and business application decommissioning
• Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required
