Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Accounting Management
- 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, QA Analyst, Reports Analyst, BPO SME, Team Leader, Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Manufacturing Supervisor
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
