Line Cook

The Improv Comedy Clubs are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to high standards, ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen, and working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Thrive in fast-paced environments with a focus on teamwork
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially nights and weekends
• High school diploma, culinary degree, or equivalent work experience
• 1 or more years of experience in restaurants or clubs
• ServSafe Food Handler Card
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Working knowledge of equipment and utensils
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Professional appearance and demeanor
