Landscaping Account Manager

Requirements

• Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients
• Working alongside the Business Development Team in a team selling strategy
• Leading site enhancements and maintenance discussions
• Teaming up with operations managers to ensure crew success
• Conducting engaging site walkthroughs with clients
• Keeping clients happy and renewing contracts
• Having at least 2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Holding a valid U.S. driver's license and being authorized to work in the U.S.
• Being passionately knowledgeable about native plants in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area
• Being at least 21 years old and flexible with working on Saturdays and in all types of weather
• Having 2 years of sales experience, ideally working closely with Property Managers or in Commercial Real Estate Development
• Having a knack for face-to-face selling and communication with clients at all levels
• Navigating computer systems and CRM software like a pro
• Exhibiting exceptional time management and the ability to work independently
