Resident Monitor, Per Diem

The Resident Monitor, Per Diem role provides a support and outreach service for LESC residents and staff in the Bronx and Manhattan. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining log books, assisting with crisis management, medication assistance, and helping residents develop independence. The position requires a Fireguard certification or equivalent within the first 6 months of employment.

Requirements

• Meeting, greeting, and announcing visitors.
• Maintaining daily complaints and incidents in the building.
• Providing assistance to clients during home visits.
• Responding to 911 calls and informing Emergency Operators.
• Assisting clients with skills development, independence, community involvement, and health.
• Dispensing medications and handling them appropriately.
• Documenting incidents and maintaining logs.
