Lesaffre is seeking a Technology and Chemical Sciences Discovery Manager to join their Exploratory Research Team. The successful candidate will contribute to investigating and evaluating emerging technologies, innovative processes, and new ingredients, and will be responsible for leading research and discovery efforts within the organization.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a scientific discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical or food sciences research
• Technical and digital knowledge of process development, chemistry, analytical chemistry, formulation technologies
• Innovation skills and ability to propose and develop innovative solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work in an international environment and willingness to travel
