Job Description
As a PHILEO AREA SALES MANAGER – NEA, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Phileo regional strategy in the Northeast Asia area, ensuring profitability and growth. You will define and deploy Phileo commercial strategy, secure necessary approvals and registrations, set targets and drive sales efforts, and establish and support the distribution network.
Requirements
- Holding a higher education degree in economics, agronomy, veterinary (or equivalent)
- Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in sales/business development in the animal nutrition industry
- In-depth knowledge of the animal feed market
- Strong experience in leading commercial negotiations
- Excellent English language skills (C1)
- Autonomy and ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams
