Job Description
Lesaffre, a global key player in yeasts and fermentation, seeks a Europe Ruminant Technical Manager to support the development of Phileo products in the European region. The successful candidate will provide technical species support, implement conviction trials, and collaborate with the Ruminant technical team and R&D department.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Animal nutrition or DVM or Phd
- More than 10 years of experience in Ruminant nutrition
- Solid practical knowledge of ruminant nutrition and production systems in Europe
- Excellent analytical skills
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to influence through indirect leadership
- Strong and diplomatic communication skills
- Adaptability, open-mindedness, and creativity
